This quality national recruiter needs an experienced manager to take over their well performing Southampton team.The office has just moved to larger premises, is ahead of budget and is in bonus.You will inherit a team of 5 and this is scheduled to grow by another 3 over the next few months due to further contract wins.
They are specialists supplying temporary healthcare staff to the NHS, private and voluntary organisations throughout the region.
As manager you will be expected to lead from the front with sales, mentoring and developing the existing consultants, growing branch contribution and will be the corporate face of the Southampton office
To be suitable your will need to be an existing recruitment manager with a stable career history, any sector with transferable skills considered.You will be a strong personality with the skills and strength of character to manage and motive an experienced team.
