Due to confidence slowly returning to the market my client is pre-empting continued growth into 2010 and is bolstering it's staff levels now. The objective is to have a new Consultant prepared and ready for an increase in client demand and be one step ahead of the competition.
Our client is a leading national brand who have a reputation of professionalism and credibility based around the Consultants they recruit and the outstanding service they provide.
You will be focusing on recruiting permanent banking operations professionals into an existing pool of clients.
You will therefore inherit a warm desk with existing client relationships in place. You will also be tasked with building new relationships and developing new business.
Over the past 6-12months this sector has been tight and therefore under maintained.
For an individual with the right attitude, competencies and market knowledge will be financially better off in the long term.
The information is sitting on my clients database and it just needs to utilised.
To match the companies culture you must be focused, well presented with good communication skills. You will have the ability to build credibility quickly and relate to individuals at varying levels of seniority.
