Role
The focus will be recruiting Engineering and Construction professionals within the State of Western Australia. Travel will be required on a client needs basis.
Depending on your level of experience you'll have the opportunity to recruit temporary, contract or permanent roles.
The salary ranges recruited will vary depending on your preference and level of experience.
You will inherit 1 major account who offers a steady flow of roles plus be expected to grow a portfolio of clients.
WA has some large projects in the pipeline and you'll be apart of this recruitment drive.
Our client provides a well maintained database to utilise plus a large advertising budget.
You will be working within an established team made up of local and overseas recruiters. This ensures a dynamic and social working environment.
Individual
2-4 years recruitment experience within construction and engineering or a similar discipline.
Strong understanding of terminology, good communication skills and the ability to build long standing relationships.
