Recruitment Consultant - Health & Social Care - Gloucester
This role is mostly service-driven
and would suit a recruitment consultant who is looking to move away
from the hard sales culture so often seen in recruitment.
Working
for a leading health and social care agency you will be required to
maintain a firm relationship with clients and candidates alike whilst
providing outstanding service and care.

As an experienced Consultant with a
minimum of a years experience, and preferably (though not necessarily
essentially) Health /Social Care sector knowledge; You will be required
to work on your own initiative and will be a key part to the growth of
this branch.
This
is predominantly a Temps desk so you must be used to running a busy
temps desk and posses excellent organisational and scheduling skills
with a calm, level headed approach.
