The Role
To join a successful team of consultants specialising in the sales and IT markets. You will perform a 360 degree role including candidate attraction, client attraction through pro-activity, placing candidates and following the process through to completion. You will have guideline KPI’s to with ensuring that your activity is tailored to the needs of your business at the time. They will be set with your manager and agreed to ensure you agree and any development areas can be addressed through the company’s on-going, bespoke training scheme.
As a proven consultant with proven billings in either IT or sales recruitment, you will be looking for the next step in your career and a move to a company that is able to elevate you and commit to ensuring that your career is kept moving forwards and your financial rewards are lucrative.
