Due to the continued success of Cavendish Maine, we are currently looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to cover maternity leave, working within our highly successful General Insurance division.
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to step into a warm desk, and drive the performance of the business by maintaining and developing existing relationships, whilst pushing for new business in new areas.
Our ideal candidate would have either a background in the insurance industry, or previous recruitment experience and be looking to specialise into a niche sector.
Regardless of experience, the successful candidate must have a genuine appetite for sales and new business, as well as the commitment to deliver best in class service.
