If you are a target driven, successful Recruitment Consultant wholoves an amount of freedom in your work you could be just the person to join our friendly team based in the beautiful Cathedral City of Ely.
The desk that you would take over is an extremely successful one which requires excellent account management, business development and cold-calling skills.
A typical day will consist of:-
- Sourcing candidates using our state-of-the-art database and external job boards
- Identifying and calling prospective new clients to discuss recruitment requirements and solutions with the view to securing new business
- Maintaining regular contact with already established key client relationships
- Meeting set KPI’s including candidate management
- Sending CV’s
- Arranging interviews
- Negotiating fees/salaries
- Meeting and registering jobseekers ensuring you gain a thorough understanding of their requirements
- Writing and advertising new vacancies
- Visiting clients throughout Cambridgeshire & Suffolk
- Target new/lapsed clients
To apply you will need previous recruitment experience and a track record of achieving and over exceeding your set targets. You must be a team player who thrives in a busy environment. You will love recruitment and will be looking to secure an opportunity that offers challenge and rewards success.
