Applications are invited from candidates who are of graduate calibre or degree level educated or from candidates who come from a professional B2B sales background (not retail) who are looking to join the recruitment industry working within the public sector.
As a recruitment consultant, your role is a sales biased position working to place candidates within the social work field. This is both rewarding and lucrative and, as the vacancy is for a HOT desk, you will be able to earn bonus from day one with a typical OTE of c.£25k in your first year as the business stands. Of course, through your hard work, you are able to increase this by increasing the number of candidates you place though pro-activity and effective business growth.
You should be articulate, ambitious and well educated and possess strong sales ability and have the drive to become successful and earn money. It is essential you have worked in a business environment previously (not retail) and are able to demonstrate how you have exceeded expectations and “gone the extra mile” in order to succeed.
