The role will be heavily sales biased concentrating your activity on selling our services and securing local clients permanent recruitment business. Sales activity will be via both telephone and in person by visiting clients premises. Candidates with a proven background as a Recruitment Consultant will be given the support and training they need to progress their career through to Management, whilst candidates with previous sales experience will be given a structured and thorough introduction into the world of Recruitment!
