THE CLIENT
A very well known national recruitment company who have a very strong brand that is recognisable. Due to the market picking up they are looking to recruit an extra consultant to their team.
THE ROLE
The branch is already well established in terms of clients and team members. Your key function will be to ensure that the growth of the client based and revenue continues to grow with all clients and candidates receiving an excellent level of service. You will utilise all your skills and knowledge to broaden the client base, contribute to the branches profitability and continue to increase your market share within your geographical sector. The desk is well established and you will be required to take it to the next level.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Recruitment consultant experience with a proven track record of new business development, both face to face and over the phone
• Experience of working within commercial recruitment is desirable
• You will be used to working to and exceeding targets
• Be motivated by working in a bonus environment
• Excellent sales skills
• Local area knowledge is advantageous
• A flair for new business
• Have your own transport
• Be of a smart & professional appearance
