We seek a Recruitment Consultant / Sales Executive / Job Broker / Adviser / Recruiter of Learner to promote the services the company offer within the community and sign learners up onto government funded training programmes. The suitable candidates for this role with come from a sales / target driver environment.The service you offer will be funded and therefore free to employers and employees.You will also liaise directly with the learners performing the initial diagnostic and building a rapport.As part of the role you will be finding work placements or permanent roles directly and through Job Centre Plus for your learners with local employers or helping that learner source the write training programmes this may include an apprenticeships or further education.The role will also entail building relationships with local Job Centres and other referral agencies.

- Promoting awareness in the community of the services / training the company offers.
- Recruiting and performing initial diagnostics with learners.

Requirements
- You will need experience in a sales or recruitment environment of at least six months.
- Experience within a target based environment.
- Managerial/Supervisory experience in a commercial organisation.
- IT competent.
- Experience of Work-Based Learning desirable.
