The Sales Recruitment Network (Severn) requires an Associate Director to develop the South Wales area.
Working from supplied databases and own contacts in the area, the Associate will identify prospective clients and convert them to live customers for the recruitment of Sales and Marketing personnel.
The Person:
Is likely to have been a successful line manager and with experience of recruiting and managing Area Sales, National Accounts, Business Development and Field Sales Managers, plus relevant support staff.
TSRN: A network of former Sales Directors and senior Sales Managers from a variety of industries and markets. Full training and marketing support is given to each Regional Associate in return for a fairly small inward investment and monthly marketing contribution.
