Our client is an established recruiter within the PR, Marketing and Communications sectors and they are currently seeking an additional consultant to complement their existing team of 5 individuals in this established office in Great Manchester.
The team in place are all from the industry and therefore have sound knowledge of the sector they work in so you would be able to learn from these individuals. They are extremely successful and are known in the MarComms sector and have built a solid reputation amongst their clients and candidates.
They are currently seeking an additional individual to add to the team; someone who ideally has experience within the MarComms recruitment sector but they are also equally open to individuals who have placed within another professional sector of rcecruitment and who has experience of the full recruitment cycle.
The focus will be on someone who can build client and candidate relationships, not just by doing over 100 calls per day but by maybe attending networking events, organising and holding networking events, using social and business sites such as linkedin. The way in which they operate is very consultative, not in a aggressive manner and if selected for interview they will question how you built client relationships, how you brought new ideas in to your previous business, etc. They want individuals to think intelligently and outside of the box and come up with innovative ideas on working smartly.
You will ideally have an interest in their sector if you do not come from that background and you will be placing senior individuals on a permanent and interim basis.
