Experienced Engineering Recruitment Consultant
SRG Engineering specilise in the following sectors: Pharma/Food/FMCG/Chemicals/Medical Devices/Oil and Gas and Renewable Energy. Ideally you will have recruited contractors or perms into one or more of these markets.
We are looking for candidates who can sell, have an ability to quickly build and sustain business relationships and stand out from the crowd.
In return youll be given "warm" leads to work on with clients who are constantly looking for contract or permanent Engineers from a variety of disciplines. Youll also be given the opportunity to generate new leads and vacancies, and be rewarded accordingly by a comprehensive commission structure.
SRG train, develop and motivate their staff to achieve their maximum potential, offering mutual respect relationships and a chance to learn and develop new skills.
