Recruitment Consultant
Stanger Kirkwood specialise in providing permanent staff to publicly funded organisations working with disadvantaged people in society.In three years we have built a solid reputation for our tailored service and now work with market leading businesses, both commercial and not-for-profit.We are based in North Kent but offer a UK wide service.
We recently moved to larger premises to accommodate our growth plans and build our consultant team to maximise business opportunities.Our consultants manage their own sales businesses without compromising on the personal service that we offer both our company and candidate clients.
Key Focus:
- To provide a service which maintains our partnership ethos to recruitment
- To further develop existing markets and win new business maintaining best practice at all times
- To demonstrate market awareness to both sets of clients
Key Skills:
- Proven ability as a profitable permanent consultant
- Ability to plan and prioritise diverse business needs
- Able to work effectively on a electronic platform
- Experience of working in a competitive environment and to keen targets
- Team player with a strategic approach to the overall development of the business
