Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant – Established Independent Recruitment Consultancy
After
10 successful years trading Whitehill Pelham has built a strong
reputation in the East of England for delivering on our promises. We
are looking for an experienced consultant with local knowledge, a
commitment to delivery and the determination to win new business to
join our team
You will be of degree caliber, with previous
recruitment experience ideally within sales and marketing, across a
broad range of industries. You will be expected to keep update on
changes within your market to stay ahead of the competition and gain
credibility with our customers.
The successful candidate will
have excellent communication skills and the ability to present
recruitment solutions to a range of clients at the highest level. You
will be expected to present these opportunities in a clear and
compelling manner to our candidates, to gain their commitment and
demonstrate your credibility.
Your key skills will include
business development, negotiation, proposal writing, business research
and the ability to identify candidates skills and business pain points.
In
return you can expect the freedom to build your desk to suit your style
in a professional and team orientate environment. Base Salary in the
region of £20,000 - £30,000 + uncapped commission + profit share.
Salary is dependent on current basic and experience.
