Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Manager of Accounting, you will specialise in Accounting Support Permanent and look after a mulititude of industries and clients throughout the Melbourne CBD. You will be reponsible for building new relationships and managing existing clients, interviewing candidates and promoting exceptional candidate care and managing the recruitment process.
With a team of experienced consultants around for support and guidance, you will receive comprehensive training from our industry experts and from our world class HR learning and development team.
Candidate Specification
You will either be an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking to move into a high performance team with a well recognized brand, or you will be a confident and professional individual who has a strong interest in the Recruitment field. We will offer you professional training, an achievable and higly profitable commission structure and a competitive salary. You will also benefit from over 300 PSA's covering (but not limited to) retail, FMCG, construction and property, utilities, manufacturing and transport and an account management team to help generate leads and business.
