Recruitment role requiring individuals with previous business to business sales or recruitment experience who are seeking an exciting, fast paced career within a highly progressive and expanding IT recruitment company.

Salary

£16k basic with excellent uncapped commission structure – (1st year OTE £35 - £40k) + career progression + ongoing training and development + bonuses + regular incentives (including trips away) + other benefits.

Location

Central Manchester based with training in Bristol head office for the first few months.

Opportunity / key responsibilities –

  • An excellent opportunity for graduate Recruitment Consultants / Sales Executives / Business Development Executives seeking a fast paced and rewarding career within Recruitment.
  • Will be responsible primarily for contract positions at various levels within the IT sector. Here you will be managing the full recruitment process, including your own client accounts, candidate relationships, developing recruitment relationships and fulfilling client requirements.
  • A highly sales focused role where you will work to set KPI’s and realistic targets. An ideal role for those seeking a new challenge within a forward thinking and highly successful recruitment consultancy offering excellent future prospects and an unlimited commission structure.
  • Using a variety of sales techniques including telesales cold calling to secure new business and develop ongoing client relationships. Client possesses an extensive client database but you will also be responsible for contacting new clients through proactive lead sourcing.
  • Will be able to sell the benefits of the opportunities to candidates, match candidate skills to clients needs, prepare candidates for interviews, handle interview feedback and assist with placing candidates.

Experience required / must have the following –

  • Previous recruitment experience would be an advantage but not essential, ideally all candidates will have previous outbound business to business telesales experience.
  • Ideal for enthusiastic, financially motivated professionals wanting to establish a successful career within recruitment.
  • Will be professional and committed with a tenacious attitude.
  • You will be career orientated, determined, focused, extremely self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working to targets.
  • Must be a good communicator with excellent customer service skills as the role will involve extensive telephone liaison.
