We’ll provide the launch and support of your business including:
All legal company formation (in a company name of your choice), Ltd Company Bank Account, VAT Registration, Inland Revenue Registration, Factoring agreements and registration, Website development and hosting, Domain registration and email header design, Logo design, Stationery including business cards etc
We’ll also provide the tools you need to fully run a successful startup including:
Remote email access, Recruitment software registration
On an ongoing basis we’ll also take care of all accounting and compliance matters including:
Preparation and presentation of monthly accounting information, Calculation of VAT returns, Management and support of any payroll services, all related book keeping.
