Recruitment Associate Director/ Medical Recruitment – Leeds, Birmingham or Manchester.
Basic to £50K including car allowance, plus commission, share options etc. OTE £100k plus.
EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITHIN A MEDICAL RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY IS ESSENTIAL.
As one of the UK's leading social care recruiters, this well established recruitment client provides permanent and temporary social care jobs for assistants through to fully qualified and senior social care work positions, with office throughout the UK. Areas covered include a variety of sectors from architecture and facilities management through to social care, housing and revenue and benefits. As well a having a training division for clients they are able to service through a network of branches throughout the UK.
The role of Associate Director Medical Recruitment Temp and Perm is to run two teams initially and can be based out of Leeds, Manchester or Birmingham. Placing Dr's and locums so either temp or perm, both NHS and private, eventually managing 30-50 consultants and working across three offices. As a company they do it already but not across the North. Even though this is genuinely a Director level role it will involve business development so has to be someone who is prepared to be hands on and bill. Must have experience of working within the Medical recruitment field.
