Blue Skies, one of the UK's leading specialised Marketing Recruiters, have been quietly expanding for the last six months and are now looking for a special Recruitment Manager to join our Midlands team in early 2010. Our Midlands office is based in very pleasant Stratford-upon-Avon and we are looking for a genuine manager who can demonstrate a successful track record in building teams and profitability.
You will need to be passionate about dealing with the detail of building successful teams, enjoy the strategic challenge of plotting long-term growth, contribute to the wider management team and, of course, to be fundamentally a super, scientific recruiter. We love instinctive managers too, of course, but we do need a special individual who can devise and execute robust and repeatable process's for sustainable success.
I'm sure you are already highly successful in recruitment but may now be curious in joining a boutique leader with ambitious growth plans and where your own career can grow simultaneously. You will be joining a highly respected, service-driven brand that has enjoyed great success but now needs that further layer of management expertise to take us to the next level.
Operationally, you will be magnificent where no problem is too small or too large and a real can-do, positive attitude is a pre-requisite. You will be given genuine support and still retain autonomy on delivering the appropriate profit margins and, also, good growth during 2010.
