Role: Recruitment Resourcing Account Manager
Location: Rushden.
Salary: £18,000pa circa with realistic OTE of £25,000 uncapped.
Days of work: Monday to Friday.

We are seeking a Recruitment Resourcing Account Manager with at least 6 months experience, or even a Recruiter who is not enjoying the telemarketing element of traditional recruitment. We know that not every current recruiter enjoys every element of recruitment and this is why we want our employee’s to focus on the duties they do best, as it’s our aim to focus on your strengths not weaknesses.
Operational duties include:
Booking and the confirmation of appointments, Search and selecting candidates with job descriptions, proof reading jobs, Candidate reference checking, Candidate screening, arrangingcandidate interviews, interviewing candidates in consultants absence, account management of all existing advertised roles.
Our immediate and future aspirations is for our Resourcing department to grow at a rapid rate, with this focus in mind we are keen to bring on a suitable candidate with aspirations to run their own department. If this future development is not to your taste, there is always the opportunity to move into a Client Relation Manager role, which involves the consultancy and presenting of our service to potential clients.
