Recruitment and Development Manager
Role Purpose: To facilitate recruitment, training and coaching of front line staff to achieve targets & service levels.To be accountable of the development of the early lifespan of calling staff. Reports directly into the Site Recruitment and Training Manager.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Liaise with clients & operations team in devising appropriate Recruitment and training strategies
•Knowledge & experience of training needs analysis, learning process/styles (including measurement) with the ability to translate learning needs into workable courses
•Knowledge & experience of facilitating assessment centres, managing group dynamics & assessment of competence & skill
•To work closely within the team in the exploration of how the combined departments can add value to the company site
•To design & deliver ongoing coaching, training (soft skills based training)
•The ability to manage volume recruitment builds within tight timescales
•To coach agents to maximise performance
•To approach training, recruitment & coaching with a commercial awareness
Supervisory & Managerial Responsibilities :
•Feedback to delegates
•Managing specific recruitment & training strategies
•Report writing during and post training
Key Requirements:
•6 months recruitment and/ or training experience –ideally in a call centre environment
•6-12 months call centre experience – Telesales or Customer Services
•Excellent communication, presentation and motivation skills with the ability to influence, question & listen
•Ability to develop agents
•Ability to multi task and manage time effectively Flexible, positive with a can do attitude
•Ability to write, deliver & evaluate recruitment/ training/coaching strategies
