45990791 Regeneration Manager North West £65000 to £75000 per annum Permanent jobs Updated 19/11/2009 18:11 Job Role Reporting into the Local Education Partnership (LEP) Director the role will focus on the management and delivery of regeneration commitments in the framework of the LEP implementation plan; ensuring that its overall regeneration objectives are achieved. This will require regular engagement with a number of different stakeholders including interacting with the Local Authority at a Senior Management and Director level. The initial focus will be on the Building Schools for Future programme but will develop as the LEP is used in it`s wider context to further develop construction projects within the local community.
Experience of working in the regeneration/employment sector or wider local authority sector is essential and experience of BSF projects would be highly desirable. The successful candidates could already have experience of regeneration from working directly for a Local Authority; a property/specialist consultancy or other government body.
They area blue chip construction group whose investment arm are involved with a large number of PFI projects across the UK.
Circa £65,000 plus additional benefits
