Financial Ltd based in Cheltenham have an exciting oppourtunity for an experienced Compliance Manager to cover South Wales and the M4 corridor.
The Role:Prepare for and conduct visits to firms to ensure compliance with either network or FSA regulations.Risk based monitoring & completion of one to ones via desk based monitoring.Oversee remedial action required.Provide compliance consultancy to regulated clients.Provide regional support to firms in the management & developments of their advisors.
Qualifications /Experience: Essential CF1-CF6,advanced FPC including long termcare & equity release .At least 2 years field based compliance experience.www.financial.ltd.uk
