An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen to join my client as a regional director. They are looking for a driven, passionate and autonomous individual who is going drive the business forward.
My client is a leader in the holiday park market. For the position of regional director it is key to them that they recruit in the best of the best from caravan park or holiday park market. The ideal candidate will be at general manager level from a large single site operation or at an area, operations or regional level. This complex, fast moving sector of the industry demands a high level of managerial ability and the regional director needs to be able to deliver results.
This is not a role for those who are on cruise control. The company strives to be the best and delivers that to their guests, this filters down into the business from the regional director. They want people who will run the region as their own business and treat it as such.

Basic salary range is £80,000 to £100,000. On top of this is a very competitive bonus scheme, car and a range of benefits.
