Renault Retail Group is currently recruiting for a Regional HR Coordinator. This position will be based at Renault Manchester dealership offices and will cover sites across the North West England Region.
This is a true generalist role and applicants should feel confident in their ability to be the professional face of HR in the region. The successful candidate will work closely with both the Regional General Manager and the Group HR Manager.
Key responsibilities:
-Handling all ER related queries and providing comprehensive advice, guidance and support to all line managers.
-Assisting in the effective recruitment and selection of staff.
-Various HR projects.
-H&S coordinator for the region.
-Maintaining the regional HR database and organisational charts.
-Managing the daily HR administration, calls and requests.
The ideal candidate will:
-Have the ability to quickly establish credibility, built strong relationships and communicate (both written and verbally) with management at all levels.
-Have experience operating in a multi-site capacity and/or have operated in a stand alone position within a large organisation.
-Be able to work flexibly and to prioritise in a busy and changing environment
-Be educated to degree level. HR qualifications are preferred however this is not essential.
-Have excellent IT and organisational skills.
-Have a valid driving license
