Customer Stocktaking Management

The OCS Group is one of the UK's largest providers of property support services, employing over 62,000 people worldwide. You'll be working for our Niche Services Division - supporting a key customer to whom we supply a range of specialist FM services including auditing and 'good faith receiving' services .

You'll be responsible for the resource planning, management and co-ordination of data reporting for audit services at regional distribution centres for a key retail client. You'll ensure that the client's requirements are delivered and procedures are followed, and you'll maximise additional opportunities within region. With a strong customer focus, you'll maintain and develop relationships with client management team, as well as with other suppliers and agencies.

An experienced project manager, you'll define the deliverables, resource requirements and work plan for the project and manage their development and delivery. You'll also recruit, train, manage, control and monitor the operational team working within the contract, ensuring that individual objectives are achieved and team members are aware of contractual targets.

You'll maintain records and site logs of operational activities - e.g., visits, annual leave, productivity, payroll, and you'll assist in the resolution of queries. You'll also regularly report, or present on key business issues as required.

Please note: This role will involve travelling to, and working at, a number of regional client sites. Flexibility with regard to travelling, working away from home and working hours is essential.

To succeed in this role you will need the following:

* Project management, account management or area management experience in a comparable field
* Supply chain, warehouse or retail management experience would be beneficial
* Proven track record of people management and strong motivational skills
* Experience within a client facing role
* Good communication skills
* Excellent client facing skills
* PC literacy - including MS Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
* Education to GCSE/equivalent standard or relevant work experience
* Full UK driving licence essential
