Our client is a well known multi site business and is continuing to expand and has growth plans into 2010. They are looking for a Regional HR Manager to be based in the North East/North West of England and look after sites across this region. Whilst you will be a part of the wider HR team across the UK you will be firstly responsible and accountable for your own region and need to be self sufficient. Your role will be generalist with a focus on recruitment, employee relations and learning and development. Candidates with a multi site retail, leisure or hospitality background would be preferred. This is a challenging role but in return there will be a lot of room for personal development and the opportunity to progress within the organisation.
