Regional Probate Consultant
Location: Home Based
Salary:Basic £25,000, OTE 35,000 - £40,000 and Company Car
We are currently recruiting for a Regional Probate Consultant to join a leading Legal Services Provider. Your role will be to provide effective sales support to the Probate and Estate Administration team, assuming direct responsibility for converting leads into business whilst ensuring the highest levels of customer service.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the details capture in submitted converted cases into Probate Operations are of the highest standard
Minimum performance and quality targets are achieved on a period by period basis
Deliver the highest possible level of service to internal / external customers
Ability to hit volume and revenue targets
Identify new business opportunities where our service is appropriate for the customers needs
Skills:
Self motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Strong business closing skills
Confident & articulate with a logical approach
A can do attitude and a desire to exceed targets, revenue / quality
Must demonstrate a proactive approach and consistent attention to detail
