The Co-operative Legal Services (CLS) was launched to offer legal advice and assistance to all Co-operative members and customers. It is built on our values of openness, honesty and trust. It’s an opportunity to assist people when they need it most, while building a flexible, financially-rewarding career.
We’re looking for people whose customer service skills are second to none. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients who have been referred from our Funeralcare and bank businesses – visiting those who have expressed an interest in our probate service. It will be up to you to sell the probate service and to gather all the appropriate information to ensure our qualified probate case handlers have the details they need to provide the service. You’ll organise your own diary with assistance of our Communications Executive (which could include evening appointments or weekends) so it’s ideal if you want autonomy and flexibility.
Although finance or legal experience is useful, it isn’t essential; we’d like to hear from candidates from a wide range of employment backgrounds. We’ll train you on our products and services as well as sales techniques.
