Registered Care Manager - Social Care
Location Kingstanding; Birmingham
Salary £22,000 - 28,000
Qualifications; NVQ Level 4, RMA, Registered Manager
36 hours/week

We are currently looking for a dynamic and animated Care Manager to work in a National domiciliary care agency office, which are part of a larger franchise operation.
You will manage the overall domiciliary care service, and work with a wide range of service users. The service provides currently for 150 service users which are all adults. Some service users will have learning difficulties and physical difficulties.
You will have ultimate responsibility as a manager for the branch as the Registered Manager and will manage a coordinator and have responsibility for 2 team leaders.
You will need proven care experience as a Registered Manager in a care environment or be on the edge of moving into that role.
You will be qualified to NVQ Level 4 in Care or have the RMA or Leadership and Management Award. You will have worked as a Registered Manager previously or alternatively have the willingness to train for the qualification with relevant Care Management experience.
Your own transport and a clean driving licence are also essential. This role is community based which will include occasional travel to service users homes
