We are currently recruiting an experienced Registered Manager for a permanent vacancy based within a Sheltered Scheme located in Manchester.
You will be accountable for the efficent smooth running of the Scheme by ensuring all regulations and standards are met in order to maintain the well being of all service users and staff.
Successful applicants must have proven Home Management experience with NVQ4 Health and Social Care or RMA qualification or equivalent/first level registered nurse within a Nursing Home.
You must be able to manage a budget , work to Business Plan (Current knowledge and practice of Health and Saftey legislation),have a current CRB check ,have excellent communication skills and have experience of working with and empathising with older people.
We will offer excellent rates of pay of up to £34,000.00 per annum in return for your skills and experience.
