£ 30,000 PLUS BONUS
Trent View and the Coach House are residential homes based in Burton-on-Trent offering spacious living accommodation for up to 11 adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. As part of the Wycar Leys group, the home has established an excellent reputation based upon putting the needs of our service users first.
As a Registered Manager we will expect you to have the experience and qualifications to meet CQC requirements, but most of all we are seeking a manager with a passion and commitment for the care of the service users by delivering an individual Person Centred approach to their care.
The Registered Manager will also have the career development potential to grow the service further by opening another home in Burton-on-Trent
