Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Manager for a specialist service providing 24 hour care to Adults with Autism and associated complex needs.
You must have experience of leading a staff team and have good interpersonal skills. This post will require experience and good understanding of ASD.
Ideal candidate-
Up to date working knowledge of appropriate ASD legislation would be a distinct advantage.
Would be expected to work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, to represent the organisation in a positive manner throughout Rochdale.
The successful candidate must have Registered Managers Award.
