An exciting opportunity has arisen within Advantage Healthcare, one of the UK’s leading Health Care providers. The role would suit a Registered Nurse looking for a new challenge within the Healthcare industry.
You will be required to manage and develop an established desk supplying qualified nurses, managing recruitment in line with business needs and retention of current staff, ensuring compliance is maintained in line with both statutory and internal requirements, provide induction sessions for nurses and maintain accurate records of assignments and assess performance, maintain excellent relationships with existing clients to maximise to full potential and ensure ongoing satisfaction and identifying developing new area’s for business development.

- Current registration with the NMC
