Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- Planning and delivery of robust, high quality Regulatory Risk Assurance Terms of References, Reviews, Reports, Findings and Actions
- Collation and reporting of adequate management information to the Regulatory Risk Assurance Senior Lead Reviewer on the risks and issues associated with delivering reviews for which responsibility is held, within scope, budget, quality and timelines
- Reporting of matters of interest to regulatory risk that are out of scope of reviews con
Competence/Knowledge/Skills
- Good knowledge of FSA regulation, approach to regulatory risk management and regulatory themes and methodologies on an ongoing basis
- Knowledge of HMRC, DWP and tPR regulatory environment
- Good experience of leading, planning, organising and managing assurance reviews towards delivery of objectives within scope, budget, quality and time
- Understanding and experience of the principles and practices of regulatory risk management
- Strong technical knowledge of the Retail and Corporate Life, Pensions and Investments sector
- Good experience of the risks associated with material outsourcing arrangements
- Strong ability to analyse problems and develop s
