A claims specialist with Reinsurance Casualty Treaty Claims, with experience of bodily injury claims , good relationships within the Legal field is required for a leading City based Insurance Group. Essentially the role is to build and maintain reputation as technical experts & market leaders on casualty claims related issues.
The role is to verify and settle claims, you will have strong technical claims ability
Duties - Investigate and negotiate claims, Influence the handling and settlement of claims by insurance or insured company clients. Check case reserves and ensure adequate provision is made for outstanding liabilities. You will build and maintain relationships with brokers and clients,
participate in client visits, audits and due diligence. Provide feedback to underwriters from a claims perspective
