Our client is the largest price comparison website in the world. Attracting millions of visitors every month, they have a passion for saving their customers' time and money by using the latest technologies. An opportunity has now arisen for a Relationship Manager to join their team.
This is the ideal role for an experienced Relationship Manager with exceptional communication skills, to join a working environment that is exciting, fast-paced, challenging and enjoyable, and where individual talents and ideas are valued.
In this position you will be responsible for driving relationships with home and motor insurance providers, delivering a first class provider service and maximising income for the company and product benefits for customers. You'll also ensure our client retains its position as the partner of choice through innovative and focused solution selling. This position will involve travel, up to 3 times a week, to client sites throughout the UK.
Specifically, as a Relationship Manager you will:
- Identify key decision makers within insurance organisations
- Prepare and issue monthly and quarterly review packs - highlighting ways to enhance relationships with providers
- Establish relationships with Provider Account Managers, ensuring their needs are exceeded
- Review and forecast revenue, sales and sales conversion contributions from providers
- Identify and handle required commission and contract renegotiations
- Identify, devise, agree and trial new revenue opportunities that are of mutual benefit
To be considered for this position you must be an experienced Relationship Manager with strong negotiation skills and a track record of working to targets. You will also need to be a strong communicator with the ability to build partnerships with external providers and internal stakeholders.
As the Relationship Manager, you should also be commercially astute and able to seek out commercial opportunities. The ability to work in a team is also key, as is attention to detail and a passion for helping our client to become the provider of choice.
Previous experience in a sales or commercial position where you have grown business and achieved targets would prove beneficial to your application.
