Position Description
Store Manager / Unit Manager / General Manager wanted!!!SSP are the people behind a number of branded outlets across the UK, where we employ approximately 18000 people. Our managers look after Caffe Ritazza, Upper Crust, Millie's Cookies, Camden Food Co. and Sloe Bars to name just a few. We are looking for a capable Store Manager / Unit Manager / General Manager to assist in running our sites at Euston Station.Key areas of responsibility include maintaining a profitable Proft and Loss sheet, ensuring consistent brand standards are met and our customers are never less than complimentary of our product and services. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to maintain a healthy sales and service drive.
Required Experience
Join us as a Unit Manager/ Store Manager / General Manager and you' ll be part of a bigger SSP management team operating other successful brands, within the same site. We are ideally looking for someone from a retail catering or restaurant background. As an inspirational manager already, you'll be able to demonstrate experience of successfully motivating and leading your team to deliver financial, service and operational results, whilst having the ability to think on your feet and make decisions in one of the most fast paced environments around.
