Based on the outskirts of Bristol near Aust, my client, a highly profitable outfit are looking for a Renewals Advisor to join its team. OWN TRANSPORT IS ESSENTIAL DUE TO LOCATION. Job details are:
• Reporting to Renewals Team Manager.
• Responsible for taking inbound/outbound calls and maximising the selling potential on each and every call, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards.
• To ensure that individual KPI targets are hit on a monthly basis
• Maximising earnings potential on every phone call
• Ensuring policyholders are insured within the correct timescales
• Collecting appropriate premiums from policyholders
• Portraying the companyand its group members in a positive way to customers and insurance companies.
Person specification
• Sales experience
• Good communication, rapport and negotiating skills with the ability to articulate effectively with all types customers
• Focus and determination to ensure that individual targets are met
• Ability to prioritise workload effectively.
• Professional and positive attitude
• Ability to act on own initiative and work as part of a team
In return the company offer a basic salary of £14000 with uncapped commission but OTE up to £30000, working a shift pattern between 8.30am to 7.00pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays
