You must be motivated to provide a very high level of service to a broad range of clients. You will have excellent written, face to face and telephone communication skills and be able to demonstrate self motivation and discipline.
This is a physically demanding job that requires resilience and determination. You will be targeted as an individual and as a member of the rentals team, so a level of confidence and self belief is essential. Your ability to create client rapport very quickly will be critical to your success as will your determination to succeed in a dynamic property environment.
