Overview of Role
Due to our continued growth and expansion we have exciting opportunities with our Repair Management Team (RMT) for RMT Handlers.The RMT is the first point of contact for our customers and prides its self on delivering the highest levels of customer service.
The main responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:
- Taking the first notification of loss from our clients concerning both drivable and non-drivable vehicles
- Liaising with our suppliers to arrange recovery, repairs or replacement vehicles
- Managing the repair process and updating customers as required
- Liaising with both internal and external engineers regarding repair outcome
Ideal Applicants will possess
- Previous telephone based customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Comfortable with communicating at all levels, internally and externally
- The desire to provide the best possible levels of customer service
