Responsibilities will include: - Managing daily, weekly and monthly performance reporting - Engaging with the business to develop new reporting processes - Development of a database to ensure information is easily accessible for reporting - Managing and motivating the team and ensure the team is developed so that support is consistent and provided at all times The successful candidate is likely to be at finalist or newly qualified (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) level, ideally with retail exposure. You will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and possess a commercial mindset combined with good analytical skills and the ability to communicate at all levels across the business.
