Repossessions Case Manager
Our management brings over 40 years experience to our company in the specialist market of vehicle repossession.
The company has over 25 teams of uniformed and licensed Enforcement Officers and Certificated Bailiffs across the UK enabling us to provide a swift, efficient car repossession service for our Clients across the United Kingdom.
The company maintains its head office in central London although due to recent growth, we have now additionally opened a new Operations Centre in Camberley.
Job Description
Daily management of an asset repossession case load. The role occasionally requires off-site clients meetings and visits. The role will include daily management of cases including; handling files from commencement to conclusion, liaising with the field repossession operatives and bailiffs by telephone, liaising between finance companies and customers by telephone, report writing/invoicing, diary management and case planning, use of on-line consumer tracing tools and databases.
Suitable Candidate
The position would ideally suit a confident, persistent and highly persuasive individual looking for a position within the financial services sector. This is a responsible position within a small, tight-knit head office team offering a lively atmosphere, top technology and the chance to deal with blue chip client accounts. This high-pressure position demands a good degree of literacy, credibility and excellent telephone skills. An asset finance collections background would be advantageous but not essential. The ideal candidate will not require relevant experience but will have excellent inter-personal communication skills and confidence in dealing with difficult situations.
Remuneration
An attractive starting package of ? 20,000 per annum then rising to ? 22k after three months probation, then ? 2k per quarter bonuses on top of basic remuneration. 20 days annual holiday (rising annually).
