Research Director - Pharma Specialist - Qualitative Agency/Healthcare Industry - West Sussex - 100K+ OTE - Board potential
Our client is a leading niche qualitative agency specialising in global healthcare with a proud track-record. Reporting to the Managing Director they are looking to recruit a Research Director with vision, energy and drive to grow the business, and for the right candidate, to become its leader.
Working with global and EMEA headquarter customers you will be responsible for business generation and project delivery with the support of an excellent research and sales team. A minimum of 10 years' pharmaceutical and agency experience is required to be able to perform this role. Applications from strategic client-side researchers with proven 'hands on' research experience will also be considered.
In addition to managing existing clients to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty, you will also need to drive new business development to achieve year on year growth of the business. An understanding of the changing healthcare environment and its issues will require demonstrable commercial and communication skills. Understanding the application of advance qualitative techniques and methodologies in a business environment must be supported by superior analytical skills and strategic thinking.
Experience in early product development, brand development and messaging is a pre-requisite. The skills required to facilitate customer workshops using war gaming and creative mind shift exercises would be an advantage.
