The company has a thriving Legal Recruitment division which is looking for an experienced Researcher to work with its highly experienced recruitment consultant who specialises in working at Associate level with top level UK law firms. This role is seen to be crucial to the next phase of development for the UK Practice team.It will involve extensive market mapping, identifying and approaching suitable candidates and keeping the team abreast of new developments in the Legal market.It could well lead to a more strategic role within in the research function. To be of interest you must have experience as either a researcher or a recruitment consultant in the Legal recruitment or Executive Search market.You will be well versed in search methodologies and have a good understanding of the Legal recruitment sector. The base salary is negotiable but will be in the region of £30k and will be complemented with a commission structure and comprehensive benefits package..
