Reservation Cruise Agent For Cruise Reservation Department
Reservations for cruise agents required to join well known cruise company’s reservations department and join their friendly reservations team.
The successful candidate will need to be organised and possess high customer service qualities. Your responsibilities will include taking reservations from travel agents and passengers, processing brochure requests and administration. You will be taking reservations via phone, fax and emails and report directly to the reservations supervisor and reservations manager. A background in cruise would be an advantage but not essential.
