Golf Reservations
Consultants are needed for a leading Golf Reservations team, to make
reservations due to growth in the reservations department.You will be tailor-making reservations for
golf holidays throughout the world. The successful candidate will be expected
to respond promptly to enquiries that are generated by phone, email and the
website and assist clients in booking all elements of their golf holiday in a
target driven environment. Armed with exceptional venue and product knowledge,
you will offer a consultancy service for golfers looking to book their next
golf holiday, by establishing the client's individual requirements and make
recommendations accordingly, whilst calculating costs & preparing package
quotes and managing customer accounts through the company database.Once bookings are complete you will confirm
all bookings with venues and customers, collecting customer feedback and deal
with amendments to booking details where necessary (tee times, group numbers,
etc...).Formal product and on the job
coaching will be given, however the successful candidate will have a passion
for golf, and come from a sales background, being driven by commission and
targets with out compromising on the service offered.You will be a dynamic, go getter who is able
to create a sense of urgency and have a positive attitude.You will be able to communicate in an
articulate manner and be educated to Degree level, with an ambition to hit and
deliver sales targets as well as have a keen interest in golf and travel.This role is ideal for keen Golfers with a
passion for sales and travel.
