Specialist you will receive the very best product training through their Cruise
Academy, to ensure that the very highest standards of customer service are
maintained and exceeded that are associated with our client.Your day to day duties will see you helping
match customers needs to the products available to you to help create their
dream holiday, and liaising with various departments to help make your clients
holiday complete.As a result you will
need to have excellent communication skills with a clear concise telephone
manner and a good attention to detail.Being an individual and team player you will see yourself providing
industry leading customer service and working to team targets.This role is an excellent opportunity for
